We reserved 5 Full Size Vans for our group outing in New York JFK Airport and 5 15 passenger vans in Miami Airport Florida. when we arrived (we needed 3 more 15 passenger vans which took another 15 minutes for the unplanned vans )in Miami for the additional people who came along with us for our adventure. The vans where waiting for us by the terminal 30 minutes prior to our arrival, it took about 8 minutes to look around all the 15 passenger vans which they were all 2008 Ford E350 loading the group and going on our way was never easier. A VERY GOOD SOURCE FOR 15 PASSENGER VAN RENTALS:: The VAN RENTAL COMPANY is a great place for vans. They claim that they never overbook. They DO require a deposit for 15 pass. van reservations. They make this easy by faxing or e-mailing a form that you can fill in with your credit card info and sign. Seems right since most of us book 2 or 3 passenger vans just to make sure we get one. For a Fee they will deliver the 12-15 passenger vans or Conversion Luxury Vans anywhere in NY NJ CT PA & Florida. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The people taking care of you at the counter are very helpful. They patiently explained the 2 available insurances and never pressured me to purchase any. Incidentally, they all confirmed that the owner absolutely makes sure to never overbook. Great place. Hired a van from The 15 passenger van and Car Hire in November 2007 in JFK airport in New York, picked up the rest of the family in Newark airport new jersey. The van, a Chevrolet express van, was excellent on the road especially with the flat screen tv in the van and after we'd our trip to Disneyland in Florida we dropped the 15 passenger van in fort Lauderdale airport fll in Florida and flue back to England.

Very Good Van Rental Service: I own a small flower shop in Brooklyn and this past week our delivery van broke down and i was in serious need of a vehicle. I called all over but every company had there prices so high it would have cost me far too much money to make my delivery's. Best Van Rental company in NYC: Searching for a car rental in New York recently brought me back to a company I had not used in a while. My usual car renting partners are Enterprise and Dollar, and I won't normally switch to another company unless a good deal catches my eye or some other compelling reason convinces me to switch. This was the case over Thanksgiving Day weekend when I needed a one- way car rental and quickly discovered that most car rental companies in my area did not offer them. But one company did and it earned my business. That company is.

I rented a Toyota Avalon from Image rent a car and dropped the car at MacArthur ISP Airport in Long Island New York ( that's one hour away) at no additional charge.

Image Car Rental is a service I have used on and off again for the past 15 years. In the old days, I was a frequent user of Image Car Rental but my usage slacked when I started to discover the cheaper prices offered at Enterprise Rent a Car and the economic advantages of renting from companies like Avis and Alamo where I had access to a corporate account with special rates. My attention moved away from National Car Rental for many years and I did not know when, if ever, I would think about using this company again.

My customer service experience with Image was a good one and I was especially impressed by the helpfulness of one specific Image staff member ( Ann Howland). I went to the counter and presented my e-mail confirmation printout to the rep. She looked it over, asked for my driver's license and credit card, and asked what make of car I would like. She then gave me the lot location and sent me on my way. By accident, I walked over to an area where I thought I would find the cars. I could see the red Image Car Rental sign and assumed I was headed in the right direction. Once I got there, I realized that this was the wrong place- it was a service area for the rental cars. Before I could turn around and head back, a guy working at this service lot noticed that I looked confused/frustrated and he asked me what I was looking for. I told him and With OUT hesitation he asked me to get into a car so that he could drive me to the actual lot and I could avoid the long walk back. He drove me right up next to the car I was renting, greatly exceeding my expectations for customer service and earning Image Car Rental some bonus points- points that could easily convince me to use them again in the future.
